Role Overview:
In this role, you will engage in a dynamic customer service environment, handling essential tasks that support the operations of a health insurance provider. You will be responsible for both customer interactions and back-office duties, ensuring compliance with our standard operating procedures.
Reporting to the Team Lead of Provider Services, this role is remote but may require occasional travel for team meetings and events.
Compensation:
This position offers an hourly wage of $19.00, along with eligibility for comprehensive employee benefits and a vacation policy of 15 days per year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a thorough understanding of Oscar's processes, procedures, and tools.
- Engage daily with members, brokers, providers, and vendors through various channels.
- Manage a caseload while ensuring high service delivery and productivity standards.
- Foster collaborative relationships with internal and external partners.
- Assist leadership in identifying issues through established escalation pathways.
- Monitor and track the progress of all assigned tasks.
- Proactively resolve issues to maintain turnaround expectations.
- Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvements.
- Adhere to all operational, regulatory, and compliance standards regarding Personal Health Information (PHI).
- Complete additional tasks as required.
