About the Role
The Rwanda Recruitment Intern will join our Global Recruitment Team, supporting the Operations sub-team under the guidance of the Rwanda Recruitment Lead while collaborating closely with the global team.
Responsibilities
- Execute recurring tasks to ensure smooth recruitment operations with minimal errors.
- Oversee the entire candidate screening and selection process, from application through hire, while providing outstanding customer service to all candidates and ensuring attention to detail.
- Manage the candidate database utilizing our Applicant Tracking System to track applications and analyze data for process enhancements.
- Collaborate with your manager to support change initiatives and process improvements within our recruitment systems, leveraging data to drive results.
