The Sales Account Director will play a pivotal role in executing TRM's strategic go-to-market initiatives within the EMEA Private Sector market. Ideal candidates will possess a strong understanding of blockchain technology and digital assets, with the ability to navigate intricate, multi-country sales processes to secure high-value contracts.
Your Impact:
- Engage with key stakeholders across your EMEA territory, identifying their needs, including potential applications for our solutions, budget considerations, decision-makers, and influencers.
- Lead the integration of blockchain analytics into customer operations, ensuring that EMEA clients leverage TRM's tools to enhance their effectiveness.
- Strategically manage client relationships to foster feedback, referrals, renewals, upsells, and expansions.
- Develop and execute comprehensive plans for your territory to achieve revenue targets while discovering new growth avenues in varied EMEA markets.
- Enhance your expertise in TRM products and relevant customer verticals to enrich all phases of the sales process, from demonstrations to advisory sessions.
- Proactively collect and prioritize customer insights, advocating for improvements within TRM.
- Build a network of satisfied customers who will refer new prospects and promote TRM’s value proposition.
