Role Overview
As a Sales Account Executive focused on SMBs, you will spearhead new customer acquisition efforts for organizations generating between $100 million and $1 billion in annual revenue. You will manage a dynamic portfolio, guiding prospects from initial discovery to closing deals, all while ensuring an exceptional buyer experience.
In this role, you will connect with security, engineering, and technical leaders in growing companies, assisting them in understanding their risks and integrating autonomous pentesting into their security strategies. Success hinges on your ability to engage in thoughtful discovery, articulate clear value propositions, manage your pipeline diligently, and execute consistently. You will work closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Sales Engineering teams to qualify leads, conduct effective evaluations, and close deals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the entire sales cycle for SMB clients, from initial discovery through to closing
Maintain a robust pipeline and ensure timely execution of deals
Engage in consultative conversations to ascertain customer security needs, risk tolerance, and priorities
Demonstrate and present XBOW’s autonomous pentesting platform to security, engineering, and technical stakeholders
Effectively communicate the value related to risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and security outcomes
Collaborate closely with SDRs for lead qualification, account management, and follow-up strategies
Consistently achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly revenue objectives
Candidate Profile
Proven consultative sales approach with strong skills in discovery, qualification, and closing
Comfortable engaging with technical buyers, including teams in security, engineering, DevOps, and GRC
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
A passion for technology and a strong understanding of security principles are advantageous
