Represent Bedford Industries through daily interactions with prospects and clients, as well as at trade shows and during customer visits and presentations. Opportunities for both domestic and international travel are available, and our team is well-equipped for effective virtual meetings. Each day presents unique challenges as you work to identify solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Enhancing the customer experience for existing accounts while developing new business relations.
- Identifying new product opportunities and collaborating with our Product Development team.
- Delivering exceptional customer service by addressing product inquiries and needs.
- Presenting product offerings, answering questions, generating quotes, negotiating order terms, and processing orders.
- Preparing detailed sales reports.
- Analyzing trends in sales and market dynamics.
- Prospecting and conducting cold calls to generate leads.
- Maintaining regular communication with customers and prospects through various channels.
- Conducting on-site or virtual visits to assess customer needs and promote products (optional).
- Delivering sales presentations to current customers and prospects (optional).
- Performing other duties as assigned.
