Position Type: Full-time, fully remote
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM EDT (includes an unpaid break)
Compensation: $6.50 – $8.00 per hour
The client operates within the organic food sector, specializing in premium herbs, spices, and seasonings. They prioritize sustainable sourcing, product integrity, and a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
We are seeking a dedicated and proficient Sales Administration and Customer Support Specialist to become an integral part of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage incoming customer inquiries through calls, emails, text messages, and live chat, and make outbound calls as needed
- Offer product recommendations and process orders accurately while maintaining a friendly and customer-centric approach
- Ensure clear and effective communication across all platforms to enhance customer understanding
- Track shipments, address delivery issues, and manage claims with shipping partners
- Maintain precise customer records in CRM systems, including monitoring customer behavior
- Assist with billing inquiries and support accounts receivable functions
- Conduct follow-ups to guarantee customer satisfaction and ongoing success
- Perform data entry and basic data analysis as necessary
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide a seamless customer experience
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as assigned
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Familiarity with Shopify
- Experience with dialer and SMS tools is advantageous
Requirements:
English Proficiency:
- Speaking: Professional Working Proficiency (Full Professional Proficiency preferred)
- Reading/Writing: Full Professional Proficiency
