As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will be instrumental in delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your role will involve welcoming customers, guiding them through the store, and assisting them in finding the perfect items while effectively showcasing our products. You will:
Utilize your fashion knowledge to empower customers in making informed choices.
Work collaboratively with your team to ensure outstanding service throughout the customer journey.
Maintain a well-stocked, organized, and inviting sales floor and backroom.
Assist with the opening and closing procedures of the store.
Present yourself and the H&M brand positively in every customer interaction.

Our stores represent the heart of H&M, where customers experience our brand firsthand. As part of our vibrant Store Team—including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and more—you will help create an inspiring and welcoming environment. You will also engage with the broader Area Team, sharing insights and collaborating across stores to drive success. Together with your team, you’ll help customers express their individuality through the latest trends and timeless styles, making fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.
