Role Overview
As a Sales Advisor, you will be a true brand ambassador, welcoming each customer with care, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized and memorable shopping experience both in-store and online.
Your contribution will be vital in enhancing the brand image and achieving sales targets through quality service and trustworthy relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional service, valuing every interaction while promoting the brand, products, and loyalty programs.
- Understand customer needs, present products passionately, and guide them to make the best choice.
- Build lasting relationships that foster trust and loyalty.
- Drive complementary and omnichannel sales (Click&Collect, Seek&Send, in-store tablets).
- Actively contribute to both individual and team goals.
- Professionally manage inquiries or complaints alongside management.
- Maintain order, appearance, and care of the boutique in line with brand standards.
- Support omnichannel flows and inventory activities.
- Assist with cash management and operational procedures according to internal policies.
