WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Sales Advisor at H&M, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will welcome customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in finding the right products while effectively showcasing our merchandise. Assist with store opening and closing tasks.

WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
The store is the heart of our company, providing a space for customers to experience our brand firsthand. As part of a dynamic store team, including Sales Advisors, Department Managers, Store Managers, and Visual Merchandisers, you will work collaboratively to create an inspiring and welcoming environment for customers. You will also connect with the Area Team to share insights and drive collective success across stores.
Along with your team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers express themselves through the latest trends and timeless styles, fostering meaningful relationships in the store and contributing to making fashion accessible and sustainable for all.
