- Engaging with customers to provide insights on current fashion trends, styles, and product knowledge.
- Actively promoting our Customer Loyalty App and sustainability initiatives within the store.
- Supporting the store management team in achieving sales targets through commercial and operational actions.
Fashion & Trend Awareness
- Stay informed about the latest fashion trends, styles, and competitors to enhance customer interactions.
Team Development
- Share your expertise in service and store operations with fellow team members.
- Participate in ongoing training and onboarding to support personal and professional growth.
Retail Operations
- Manage the full garment cycle, ensuring products are well-displayed and cared for.
- Contribute to maintaining a tidy sales floor and stockroom.
