As we prepare to launch our new pop-up store in Munich from late August until January, we are looking for a dedicated Sales Advisor / Visual Merchandiser (M/F) for a full-time role. This position is based in Munich.
Responsibilities as a Sales Advisor:
Delivering an Exceptional Customer Experience:
- Prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure outstanding service.
- Exemplify the Sezane style through impeccable presentation and grooming.
- Greet customers with warmth and empathy to create a memorable experience.
- Understand customer personalities to meet their needs effectively.
- Introduce the brand and its diverse range of products.
- Serve as an ambassador for our omnichannel approach, bridging the store and online experience.
- Exhibit curiosity and develop thorough knowledge of our brand and offerings.
- Be proactive in suggesting actions to enhance the customer experience.
- Address complaints and dissatisfaction to ensure customer retention.
- Familiarize yourself with our CSR policies to adequately respond to customer inquiries.
Upholding the Brand Image:
- Ensure accurate product labeling on the sales floor.
- Assist in the implementation of merchandising strategies and ensure compliance.
- Create an exciting and inspiring shopping atmosphere for customers.
- Monitor and maintain the commercial appeal of the store.
- Possess a strong fashion sense to provide informed suggestions.
- Ensure product displays align with Sezane's brand identity.
- Organize your tasks based on priorities and sales strategies.
Facilitating Smooth Operations:
- Adhere to Sezane's policies, standards, and procedures.
- Process transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Assist in inventory management and product restocking.
