Position Overview: As a Sales Agent at Jackson Bevco, you will serve as the initial point of contact for customers entering our store, creating an exceptional first impression. We are seeking individuals who are friendly, engaging, and enthusiastic about providing top-tier customer service. This role reports directly to the Assistant Manager or Store Manager and requires adherence to all company policies and procedures.
Minimum Qualifications: Candidates must be at least 19 years old and successfully pass a pre-employment drug screening.
Key Responsibilities: Your responsibilities will encompass a range of duties, including but not limited to:
- Welcoming customers with a warm greeting and delivering exceptional sales assistance.
- Promoting products and store sales effectively.
- Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement.
- Addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.
- Demonstrating product knowledge and assisting with merchandising.
- Handling cash and credit card transactions accurately.
- Restocking displays and ensuring product freshness.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and inviting store atmosphere.
All employees may occasionally be required to perform tasks outside of their usual responsibilities as business needs arise.
Work Environment: This role entails repetitive lifting of stock items weighing up to 30lbs and may require extended periods of standing. Employees will operate a cash register, restock products, and navigate throughout the store. The retail environment can be moderately noisy at times.
