As a Sales and Design Consultant at California Closets, you will play an essential role in enhancing our Design Brand experience by fostering strong relationships with our customers. Your ability to listen attentively to clients' needs and collaborate on intricate details will enable you to deliver tailored, whole-home design solutions paired with exceptional service. This position demands a passion for design, integrity, and a relentless pursuit of excellence in measuring, designing, selling, and implementing custom solutions that provide lasting value. This full-time role involves 40+ hours per week of engaging work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to clients' homes to design personalized storage solutions using our proprietary CAD software.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales goals through proactive referral generation and repeat business engagement.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and collaborate closely with the installation team to ensure timely project completion.
- Engage in regular meetings and training sessions to enhance skills.
- Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
