As a Sales and Design Consultant with California Closets, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the overall customer experience and fostering lasting relationships. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with clients, understanding their unique needs and collaborating on tailored design solutions for their homes. This position demands a strong passion for design, integrity, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service as you measure, design, sell, and implement custom solutions that bring lifelong value to our clients. This is a full-time position (40+ hours per week).

Key Responsibilities:
- Travel to clients’ homes to create customized storage solutions using our proprietary CAD software.
- Achieve or surpass monthly and annual sales goals by actively seeking referrals and repeat business.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients and collaborate with the installation team to ensure project completion.
- Attend meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.
