Key Responsibilities:
Sales
Exceed sales goals through strategic store visits, events, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with management to coordinate store visit schedules and achieve sales objectives.
Craft a monthly calendar to support key stores and drive sales performance.
Demonstrate superior selling skills with a proven record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Deliver engaging training sessions that yield consistent sales results.
Build strong relationships to drive sales and provide exceptional customer service.
Partner with store and brand leadership to ensure successful new store openings.
Training, Events & Education
Educate store teams about hero products to enhance their recommendation skills and boost retail sales.
Develop brand advocates in stores through effective training on key selling and service behaviors.
Monitor and evaluate the impact of events on sales.
Initiate innovative strategies to drive retail performance.
Train retail associates and freelancers on product knowledge and essential selling skills.
Calendar Execution
Activate the store visit calendar and provide follow-up reports on successes and areas for improvement.
Deliver detailed weekly updates on business opportunities and achievements.
Communication
Maintain regular communication with management to report on status and updates.
Collaborate with store leadership on brand opportunities.
Address stock concerns with management and retail partners as necessary.
