Role Overview
As the Sales & Partner Enablement Lead, you will play a pivotal role in our global enablement team, tasked with establishing and scaling our sales enablement, onboarding, and instructional design framework that supports our Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), partners, and broader go-to-market (GTM) teams.
This position uniquely blends the sales process, value proposition selling, partner programs, and exceptional instructional design. It encompasses a broad, challenging, and impactful scope that requires you to function as a senior leader and architect, rather than merely a content creator or program administrator. Your responsibilities will include:
Overseeing internal sales enablement and certification processes across AEs, SDRs, and related revenue-generating roles.
Developing and executing onboarding programs for AEs and SDRs with defined milestones, certifications, and time-to-productivity metrics.
Creating and managing a partner sales enablement and accreditation/certification program.
Establishing instructional design standards for live, virtual, and on-demand training curricula.
Overseeing key enablement tools and resources (LMS/CMS) to ensure content is accessible, measurable, and effectively utilized.
You will report directly to the Head of Global Enablement and collaborate cross-functionally with Sales leadership, SDR leadership, Sales Engineering, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and Partner/Channel teams across Horizon3.ai.
