Job Summary:
As a Sales Assistant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales consultants by fostering client relationships and driving residential new home sales. You will assist in showcasing product features and delivering essential information to prospective home buyers. Your administrative support will be vital throughout the sales contract process.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Welcome and register potential home buyers, answering incoming calls and scheduling appointments for sales consultants.
- Prepare and distribute general correspondence, direct marketing materials, and thank you notes to prospective buyers.
- Provide detailed information about our communities and product features by demonstrating model homes. If applicable, assist in pre-qualifying buyers by calculating approximate mortgage payments to recommend suitable models.
- Gather and organize sales materials, ensuring an ample supply of brochures and literature.
- Keep model homes in pristine condition, maintaining their appearance.
- Conduct general clerical duties including light typing and filing as needed.
- Support special projects as assigned and undertake additional responsibilities as required.
