Support in Daily Operations: You will manage follow-up actions, documentation, and organizational tasks for our advisors.
Telephone Contact: You will engage with interested parties and qualify them in a structured manner.
Appointment Planning & Coordination: You will organize appointments following defined processes to ensure smooth operations.
Preparation and Follow-Up of Consultation Meetings: You will efficiently prepare and follow up on documents and information.
Participation in Events: You will assist in organizing events, seminars, or trade fairs, including managing lists and post-event follow-up.
