The Sales Associate will enhance the shopping experience through informed customer service, driving sales and productivity.
The primary responsibilities of the Sales Associate include:
- Achieving Results: Contribute to revenue growth by delivering exceptional customer service while managing tasks effectively. Understand the objectives of the company and store.
- Customer Service & Product Knowledge: Actively engage with customers and assist in satisfying their needs, fostering relationships and sharing product insights.
- Operational Excellence: Maintain a clean, organized selling floor and backroom daily. Participate in shipment processing, restocking the sales floor, and other tasks as needed.
- Merchandising: Collaborate in implementing company guidelines to make effective merchandising decisions and uphold store standards.
