As a Sales Associate at Rentokil Boecker®, you will play a pivotal role in exploring market opportunities and promoting our exceptional range of services and products. Your responsibilities will include dynamic prospecting, building solid relationships, conducting engaging client presentations, and managing proposal writing, contract negotiations, and marketing activities effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Executing the sales strategy outlined by the Sales Manager to achieve monthly sales targets, renewals, and profitability goals.
- Identifying and pursuing potential clients and business opportunities through proactive market prospecting.
- Delivering compelling sales presentations to prospects, showcasing the advantages of Rentokil Boecker® services for health, property, and environmental safety.
- Conducting site surveys to assess technical requirements and determine pricing when necessary.
- Creating tailored offers for target clients utilizing various marketing tools and strategies.
- Introducing new products and services to existing clients while strengthening client relationships through scheduled follow-ups and visits.
- Addressing client inquiries and coordinating with relevant parties to ensure comprehensive support.
- Educating clients on processes that enhance the value derived from Rentokil Boecker® services.
- Preparing detailed proposals, following through until they convert into contracts, and managing after-sales support.
- Renewing contracts where applicable, ensuring seamless communication with the Operations Department.
- Accurately managing client data within Rentokil Boecker® systems.
- Compiling and delivering weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Participating in events and exhibitions to promote our company’s services.
