FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Drive for Results
- Achieve company sales targets by employing effective sales techniques and sharing product knowledge with customers; assist in merchandise selection and locating items to meet customer preferences.
- Stay informed about current promotions and sales; uphold pricing and visual standards.
- Ensure the highest standards of merchandise handling, presentation, loss prevention, and execute other directives from Management.
- Contribute to visual merchandising initiatives including monthly store setups and maintaining sales floor appearance.
- Embrace the Most Amazing Personal Service (MAPS) principles and standards as demonstrated in our selling models, ensuring a seamless omni-channel experience for our customers.
- Promptly address and resolve customer concerns.
- Facilitate a quick and efficient register process, remaining updated on payment policies, coupon usage, returns and exchanges, and security measures.
- Encourage purchasing decisions at checkout and achieve add-on sales goals, including gift card sales.
- Enroll customers in the rewards program.
- Build and maintain a loyal customer base through personalized clienteling and wardrobe consultations.
- Stay knowledgeable about the current product fit and style offerings both in-store and online.
- Maintain consistent communication with clients using our clienteling tools: Style Connect and Customer Book.
- Assist with replenishment activities to keep the store stocked and inviting.
- Help with item fulfillment and inventory management.
- Support visual merchandising guidelines, including floor sets, window displays, signage placement, and more as directed.
- Contribute to maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the boutique.
- Foster an inclusive and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
- Seek opportunities for personal development and actively seek feedback.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
