YOUR ROLE
As a Sales Associate at H&M, you will be instrumental in crafting an outstanding customer experience. You will greet customers, guide them through the store, and assist them in finding what they need while showcasing our products. In this role, you will:
- Share your fashion knowledge and product expertise to help customers make the best choices.
- Collaborate with your team to provide exceptional service at every stage of the customer journey.
- Ensure the sales floor and stockroom are well-stocked, organized, and inviting.
- Participate in the opening and closing of the store.
- Positively represent the brand in all customer interactions.

Alongside the team, you will play a crucial role in helping customers express their personalities through the latest trends and timeless styles. By connecting with our customers, we make fashion accessible and sustainable for everyone.

We are looking for individuals with ideally some experience in customer service within the fashion, retail, or similar sectors.
