Your Responsibilities as a Sales Associate (m/f/d):
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service
- Sell and handle transactions for baked goods, including taking orders
- Maintain appealing product displays and restock items as needed
- Adhere to all hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Assist with inventory management and reordering supplies
Your Responsibilities as a Deputy Store Manager (m/f/d):
- Perform all tasks of a Sales Associate (as outlined above)
- Support the Store Manager in organizational tasks and processes
- Act as the Store Manager in their absence
- Contribute to team leadership and motivation
- Assist with schedule creation and onboarding new employees
Your Responsibilities as a Store Manager (m/f/d):
- Perform all tasks of a Sales Associate and Deputy Store Manager
- Oversee the organization and operations of the store
- Lead and motivate the team on-site
- Create employee schedules and train new staff
- Monitor inventory levels and daily operations
- Implement company standards in sales and customer service
