Participants will kick off their journey with an immersive ‘boot camp’ experience at a local NBCUniversal station. This program will not only familiarize associates with NBCUniversal’s culture and operations but also connect them with senior leadership and sales teams, equipping them with vital knowledge about our products, which include major sporting events and iconic entertainment programming such as the NFL, NBA, FIFA World Cup, and The Golden Globes©.
Following the boot camp, associates will integrate with the sales team at an NBCUniversal Local station for 8 to 12 months, gaining hands-on experience in core selling, business development, and digital sales. The program also emphasizes leadership development, networking opportunities, and the cultivation of essential sales skills. Alumni of this program have successfully transitioned into executive sales roles within NBCUniversal, showcasing the program's efficacy in fostering career advancement. Candidates should be open to relocation across various states for this exciting opportunity.
