KEY TASKS:
- Embrace and promote the company’s core values with enthusiasm.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers before and after sales.
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the full product line, including features and accessories.
- Present products in the showroom and at off-site events, demonstrating boats on the water.
- Follow the sales process to enhance selling skills, including prospecting new customers and conducting follow-ups.
- Accurately input and maintain customer and prospect information in the IDS system to drive sales.
- Calculate and quote sales prices accurately, including taxes, trade-ins, and necessary fees, collaborating with the Business Manager on financing requirements.
- Project a professional and knowledgeable image consistently.
- Oversee the delivery process for each sold unit.
- Introduce customers to our dealership team to highlight the quality of our services.
- Lead and support customer events, including Getaways.
- Participate actively in boat shows and other promotional events.
- Demonstrate basic seamanship skills.
- Complete all required training programs, including Brainshark modules.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Internal and external customer service orientation.
- Achievement of weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales goals.
- Meeting or exceeding target units sold.
- Attainment of total sales dollar volume and gross profit goals.
