In this role, you will handle customer inquiries, maintain precise data, and work seamlessly with various corporate and manufacturing departments. Collaborating closely with the sales team, you will contribute to providing outstanding customer service to both our internal and external clients.
HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Ensure accurate customer master data is maintained in ERP and CRM systems, including pricing, bonuses, shipping details, and invoicing settings
- Monitor and update pricing structures, terms, conditions, sales agent information, and commission records
- Support the sales team in planning, forecasting, reporting, and preparing for customer visits
- Prepare strategic and operational reports, including statistical analysis and sales performance metrics
- Oversee rebates and commission processes in collaboration with the Accounting team
- Create and manage credit and debit notes
- Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments (Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Quality)
- Validate non-standard orders for accuracy and compliance
- Assist in prioritizing customer demand when capacity is limited
- Address escalations regarding missing payments and unique payment processes
- Support the resolution of quality complaints
- Communicate effectively with customers and prospects via phone and email; record and manage leads in Salesforce
- Handle requests for samples, pre-series materials, and promotional materials
- Assist in the quotation process and prepare and send offers to clients
- Ensure alignment between operational requirements and both customer and internal stakeholder expectations
- Support contract preparation and review to guarantee compliance with relevant regulations
- Manage customer inquiries by gathering necessary information or directing requests to the appropriate parties
