Key Responsibilities:
• Develop a deep understanding of both field and internal sales forces of the distributor;
• Promote the values and lifestyle associated with Red Bull;
• Lead by example in both field operations and back-office, serving as the primary liaison between Red Bull and the Distributor;
• Set distribution targets and coverage strategies for the Distributor, breaking them down internally among teams when feasible;
• Create weekly/monthly performance analyses, identifying issues and proposing actionable plans. Provide training and lead by example during morning/weekly/monthly meetings with the distributor and regional meetings;
• Monitor all sales KPIs using national and regional reports provided, and develop your own controls as necessary;
• Audit and identify opportunities, co-creating action plans with the distributor;
• Train and support the distributor’s sales force by disseminating Red Bull's execution concepts, providing feedback, and leading by example;
• Manage the implementation of marketing materials and control market programs for Red Bull;
• Ensure the achievement of all performance KPIs;
• Organize and balance your routine between fieldwork and office duties, ensuring presence with the distributor's entire team and participation in Red Bull's internal agendas.
