As a Sales Counselor at Senior Resource Group, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Sales Director to enhance community occupancy rates. Your primary responsibility will be to establish trusting relationships with potential residents while demonstrating how our community can elevate their quality of life. This dynamic position involves personalized tours, strategic follow-ups, home visits, and community events, all aimed at providing an outstanding experience for prospective residents. You will work closely with sales and department heads to ensure a seamless approach towards achieving monthly move-in goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Follow-Up
- Promptly respond to all inbound inquiries (phone, email, web) within two hours to optimize lead engagement.
- Actively generate and nurture leads through a minimum of three home visits weekly.
- Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools for timely follow-ups, maintaining at least 15 prospect interactions daily.
- Leverage the OneDay platform to send five personalized videos weekly to prospects or their families.
Community Tours
- Schedule and conduct in-person community tours in alignment with your weekly move-in targets, ensuring they occur during your scheduled workdays.
- Tailor each tour experience using our Tour Planning tools in collaboration with department heads, incorporating personalized touches that reflect the interests of each prospect.
Sales Strategy & Analysis
- Drive occupancy and revenue objectives through strategic sales planning in partnership with the Sales Director, including the execution and analysis of Yardi reports.
- Monitor key performance indicators within the CRM, such as lead conversion rates and activity dashboards.
- Engage in weekly meetings with the Executive Director and Sales team to synchronize priorities and action plans for optimal results.
Sales Expectations
- Achieve four move-ins monthly (one per week) or fulfill net occupancy goals for your assigned community.
- Conduct three home visits weekly and maintain a minimum of 15 daily prospect connections.
- Distribute five personalized OneDay videos each week.
- Achieve a minimum 50% inquiry-to-visit conversion rate and a 25% visit-to-move-in conversion rate.
Work Schedule
- This position operates on either a Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule, based on community needs.
