- Ensure prompt and courteous service to all contacts.
- Stay in regular contact with Regional Sales Managers and broker personnel for market insights.
- Support the sales team by managing inquiries relating to products and logistics.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of sales processes.
- Engage in industry networking to promote the Eden brand.
- Maintain accurate company and customer data.
- Oversee the appropriate use of Eden trademarks and intellectual property.
