About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Development Manager to spearhead Dune’s outbound strategy and pipeline development.
This role is hands-on and execution-driven, ideal for an individual who excels at performing core tasks while establishing a highly efficient Sales Development Representative (SDR) function. Initially, you will serve as a player-coach, actively driving outbound initiatives, market analysis, and experimentation, while also nurturing and leading a small team of SDRs as we scale.
Your primary objective is pipeline creation through effective outbound strategy and execution. This position does not involve ecosystem partnerships. You will collaborate closely with Sales, RevOps, and Product teams to define our go-to-market strategies, target audiences, and ensure consistent access to key accounts.
While familiarity with the crypto space is advantageous, we welcome outstanding candidates from web2 SaaS backgrounds who can swiftly adapt and infuse top-tier outbound practices into a crypto-focused environment.
This position is available for candidates in the US Eastern Time zone or Europe (CET).
