Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and results-oriented Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to assist in generating valuable sales opportunities through proactive outreach. In this pivotal role, you will identify potential clients, initiate engaging conversations, qualify leads, and schedule meetings for our Account Executives. Key Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calling, email outreach, and LinkedIn networking.
- Conduct thorough research on target accounts to pinpoint key decision-makers.
- Qualify leads according to the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Schedule meetings and demonstrations for Account Executives.
- Maintain precise records within CRM systems (such as HubSpot or Salesforce).
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly meeting and activity targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators, including calls, emails, meetings booked, and conversion rates.
Requirements
- 6 months to 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or cold calling (entry-level candidates are also encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confidence in making outbound calls.
- Basic understanding of sales pipelines and lead qualification processes.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is advantageous.
- Highly motivated, resilient, and results-driven.
- Ability to work in alignment with UK or US time zones.
- A reliable internet connection and a suitable remote work setup.
