About the Sales Development Team
Our Sales Development team is pivotal to hx's commercial success. We translate meaningful buying signals into initial conversations that cultivate real opportunities. Collaborating closely with the US Sales Pod and Growth Marketing, we meticulously research target accounts, pinpoint key personas, and craft outreach strategies that stand out for all the right reasons.
As an SDR, you will blend curiosity and disciplined execution. You will partner with Account Executives (AEs) to co-manage key accounts, gain insights into actuarial, underwriting, pricing, IT, and executive stakeholders, and customize messaging that addresses their complex challenges.
This role is crucial in shaping our US go-to-market strategy. You will help refine our operational practices, enhance account strategies, and directly contribute to building a reliable and high-quality pipeline as hx continues its growth in North America.
