Your Role
As a vital connector, you excel in communication and follow-through in a fast-paced environment where marketing meets sales. You efficiently manage inbound inquiries, execute outbound strategies, and maintain CRM systems with precision.
Key Responsibilities
Engage Inbound Leads
- Oversee inbound channels (web forms, events, referrals) and respond swiftly (target: under 60 minutes).
- Qualify leads against set criteria and transition them to SQL or route as necessary.
Enhance Outbound Prospecting
- Conduct targeted outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn.
- Craft personalized communications and schedule introductory calls.
- Continuously refine messaging and outreach strategies based on metrics.
Optimize Processes and Scripts
- Collaborate with leadership to enhance scripts and workflows.
- Ensure CRM data accuracy and maintain clean records.
- Analyze conversion metrics and suggest improvements.
Manage SQL Transitions
- Facilitate the hand-off of qualified leads to the sales team with detailed context.
- Monitor SQL volume and conversion rates, providing insights on lead quality and performance.
Reporting and Analysis
- Maintain dashboards to track outreach effectiveness and pipeline growth.
- Engage in regular reviews to identify trends and strategize next steps.
