We are in search of a motivated and results-oriented professional with a robust background in finance or financial services sales. In this key role, you will be instrumental in expanding our sales pipeline by identifying, qualifying, and engaging potential clients. Your focus will be on generating new business opportunities and forging connections with influential decision-makers to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in cold calling and outbound prospecting through emails and social media to identify qualified leads in the financial services industry.
- Coordinate meetings with financial advisors, wealth managers, CFOs, and other high-level decision-makers within the finance domain.
- Analyze the specific needs and challenges faced by financial clients and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.
- Maintain an organized pipeline of leads and ensure accurate updates to CRM records.
- Work closely with the sales team to enhance outreach strategies and align with broader company objectives.
- Consistently meet and surpass monthly quotas for meetings set and leads qualified.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in cold calling and outbound sales, particularly within finance or financial services.
- In-depth knowledge of financial products, services, and industry trends, with the capability to engage in meaningful discussions with financial professionals.
- Exceptional communication skills with a persuasive and client-centric approach.
- Strong organizational abilities and capability to work independently in a remote setup.
- Proficient in CRM systems (such as Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales outreach tools.
- A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets consistently.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in selling financial software, fintech solutions, or prior work in wealth management or investment firms.
- Familiarity with regulatory and compliance issues in the financial sector is advantageous.
- Ability to quickly grasp complex financial products and convey their value to prospective clients.
- Proven success in a remote sales environment.
Technical and Work Environment Requirements:
- Internet Connection:
