As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business opportunities by leading outbound campaigns and establishing a robust sales pipeline for our expanding Talent Solutions division.

Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and cultivate outbound sales leads
- Execute campaigns aimed at generating new sales prospects
- Maintain accurate records of interactions with current and potential clients in our CRM system
- Collaborate with Account Executives to design targeted industry-specific outbound strategies
- Devise optimal approaches for engaging new leads
- Coordinate product demonstrations between Account Executives and prospective clients
- Utilize social selling techniques to identify and engage with sales leads
- Conduct effective discussions with decision-makers to uncover pain points that can be addressed by LinkedIn's Talent and Learning solutions
- Work alongside Account Executives to drive pipeline growth and opportunities
