Position: Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Digital Marketing
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 4 PM MST (Full-Time)
Compensation: $7/hour plus commissions
Remote Work: Available exclusively for candidates within LATAM
We are on the lookout for a motivated and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, the SDR will focus on generating and qualifying leads, fostering pipeline growth, and aiding in the execution of strategic sales initiatives. This position is perfect for a proactive professional who possesses exceptional communication skills and a strong enthusiasm for business development in the digital marketing realm.
Key Responsibilities
- Qualify and engage with inbound leads from Meta and other platforms.
- Collaborate with senior sales personnel to convert prospects into closed deals.
- Revitalize and nurture the existing lead database.
- Support light outbound activities to diversify acquisition channels, including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and targeted email campaigns.
- Keep precise records in the CRM and assist in managing the sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of qualified leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Meta-driven sales funnels.
- Strong organizational skills and effective calendar coordination.
- Ability to navigate through fluctuating lead flow.
- Proactive communicator with a strong sense of ownership.
- Comfortable in an experimental and iterative work environment.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (B2-C1).
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid advertising, web design) is advantageous, along with a willingness to learn and adapt.
- Previous experience in sales, business development, or client-facing roles is preferred.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
