Job Summary
We are seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the finance, FinTech, or related sectors.
This remote SDR position emphasizes outbound prospecting, lead qualification, and securing meetings with key decision-makers. You will be pivotal in generating leads and supporting revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Identify and engage potential clients in the finance or business sectors.
- Qualify leads and arrange meetings for Account Executives.
- Build and manage a robust pipeline using CRM tools.
- Research target accounts and customize outreach strategies.
- Maintain precise records of all sales activities.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance campaigns.
- Consistently achieve and exceed KPIs (meetings scheduled, pipeline generated).
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR, BDR, or in a sales position.
- Experience in finance, FinTech, banking, insurance, or related industries is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Excellent communication and objection-handling skills.
- Proficient with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Ability to comprehend and communicate financial products/services.
- Self-driven and comfortable in a target-oriented environment.
- Experience with international markets (UK/US) is a plus.
