Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an enthusiastic and trainable Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our expanding healthcare sales team. This position is perfect for individuals at the start of their sales journey who are adept at managing inbound leads, qualifying potential clients, and scheduling meetings for senior sales executives. Previous experience in healthcare services, medical products, or health technology is highly advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound communications, including calls, emails, and web inquiries from potential healthcare clients.
Evaluate leads based on established criteria and direct opportunities effectively.
Arrange meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives.
Keep precise records of activities and leads within the CRM system.
Conduct follow-ups with inbound leads to ensure prompt engagement.
Understand and convey the company's healthcare-centric value proposition.
Collaborate with both sales and marketing teams to enhance lead quality and conversion rates.
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in a sales, customer support, or appointment-setting capacity.
Prior remote work experience is essential, along with proficiency in collaboration tools like Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar; candidates without remote work history will not be considered.
Experience working with US or UK-based companies or clients.
Excellent verbal communication skills and comfort in speaking with prospects over the phone.
Basic knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, or equivalent).
A reliable internet connection and a suitable professional remote work environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with healthcare, medical services, health technology, or insurance sectors.
Experience with inbound sales or customer inquiries.
Understanding of lead qualification or appointment-setting processes.
