Role Overview
We are on the lookout for an ambitious and technologically adept Sales Development Representative (SDR) focused on the IT domain. Your primary responsibility will be to cultivate qualified leads and establish robust sales pipelines for cutting-edge technology firms. This position is perfectly suited for individuals with a background in outbound sales, IT solution selling, SaaS prospecting, or B2B lead generation.
Core Responsibilities
- Engage in outbound prospecting through cold calls, LinkedIn networking, email campaigns, and social selling techniques.
- Identify and qualify key IT decision-makers including CTOs, CIOs, IT Managers, and Operations Leads.
- Conduct research on companies to gain insights into their IT infrastructure, challenges, and growth ambitions.
- Generate and nurture high-quality B2B leads across SaaS, cybersecurity, cloud services, managed service providers (MSP), and IT consulting sectors.
- Schedule qualified discovery meetings for Account Executives.
- Ensure accurate CRM record-keeping (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms).
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as call volume, email outreach, meeting bookings, and pipeline contribution.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to enhance messaging and outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B outbound sales, lead generation, or similar SDR roles.
- Proven experience with cold calling, showcasing confidence in handling objections and interacting with gatekeepers.
- History of meeting daily call quotas and successfully booking qualified meetings through phone outreach.
- Experience in selling IT services, SaaS platforms, cybersecurity solutions, cloud services, or tech products is highly desirable.
- Strong comprehension of IT terminology and familiarity with buyer personas.
- Documented success in achieving or surpassing sales KPIs.
- Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.).
- Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable operating in a dynamic remote work environment.
