Job Summary
We are seeking motivated and ambitious Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) located in the Philippines to bolster our outbound sales efforts targeting the US market. This role is pivotal in driving proactive outbound prospecting, pinpointing potential customers, and generating qualified sales leads for our Account Executive team.
The ideal candidate excels in a dynamic, high-activity environment and is prepared to make between 100 and 140 outbound calls daily. You'll engage prospects through various channels including phone, email, and LinkedIn, utilizing social selling techniques to cultivate relationships with potential clients.
Exceptional communication skills in US English, a persistent attitude, and a results-driven approach are critical for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute 100–140 outbound calls each day to prospective customers within the US market.
- Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive outreach.
- Engage decision-makers via phone, email, and LinkedIn/social selling platforms.
- Arrange qualified meetings and demonstrations for the sales team.
- Conduct research on target companies and contacts to personalize outreach efforts.
- Maintain accurate records of activities and prospects in the CRM system.
- Achieve or surpass daily, weekly, and monthly activity and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience as an SDR, BDR, or outbound sales representative.
- Proficiency in handling high volumes of outbound calls (100+ calls per day).
- Exceptional spoken and written communication skills in US English.
- Confidence in communicating with US-based prospects.
- Experience with social selling and LinkedIn outreach is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools.
- Highly organized, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Ability to work US hours from the Philippines.
- Stable internet connection and an effective remote work setup.
