We are in search of a Tagalog-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to empower our global go-to-market teams through a strategic blend of inbound lead engagement and outbound prospecting. This role is tailored for language-specific and region-focused coverage, allowing you to collaborate with a Drive Team (Sales Rep + Customer Success Manager) and be responsible for swiftly addressing inbound interests while proactively generating new leads through outbound initiatives.
As an SDR at Instructure, you will often be the first point of contact for prospective customers, making a significant first impression. This position requires exceptional communication skills and storytelling ability—you will seek to understand each customer’s unique context, identify pain points, and align the right Instructure solutions with their objectives. The most successful SDRs create value through insightful discovery and tailored outreach, rather than merely focusing on activity metrics.
About the Role
In this position, you will support the Philippines team by identifying opportunities within new accounts, leveraging strong discovery techniques and storytelling to connect Instructure solutions with enhanced teaching and learning outcomes.
Manage inbound speed-to-lead: respond promptly, qualify incoming interests, and arrange high-quality meetings.
Conduct consistent outbound prospecting each week, regardless of inbound lead volume. Provide an exceptional buyer experience through effective communication, storytelling, and discovery-driven dialogues.
Research accounts and personas to customize messaging that resonates within your region and language market.
Collaborate with your Drive Team to align on territory strategy, target accounts, and follow-up plans.
Drive pipeline that transitions into qualified leads, validated by the Sales Rep and moved into an active working pipeline.
Maintain precise activity and pipeline tracking in Salesforce and engagement tools.
Continuously enhance outreach and qualification through coaching, iteration, and market insights.
About You
Fluent in Tagalog, with strong communication skills in English.
