As the Sales Development Team Lead for the DACH region, you will work directly with the Head of Sales DACH and the SDR Manager. Your primary responsibility will be to drive cold outreach for marketing our N2F solution (travel expense management - corporate cards - invoices) in the DACH region, continuously increasing the number of Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) with your team. With exceptional sales acumen, people skills, and motivation for your team and our solution, you will actively contribute to N2F’s success story in the DACH region.
Your Key Responsibilities: (80% SDR & 20% Management)
- Lead and inspire the DACH SDR team.
- Collaborate with the Head of Sales DACH and SDR Managers to set individual and collective goals, as well as monitor achievement.
- Assist in recruiting and onboarding new SDRs in the DACH market.
- Regularly report on DACH SDR activities.
- Proactively engage with decision-makers and personalize outreach efforts.
