We are seeking a dynamic Sales Director to spearhead revenue growth, broaden our presence in the media and entertainment sector, and oversee our new business initiatives. This role involves close collaboration with the CEO to shape business strategies, build a strong team, establish efficient systems and processes, and secure the deals that will propel Antenna into its next growth phase. You will engage with C-suite executives at leading studios, streaming platforms, and media companies, effectively translating complex data into tangible business value. As the function develops, your role will evolve from deal closure to leading a high-performing team that consistently surpasses revenue goals.
Antenna operates as a remote-first organization, and we encourage candidates who can work during U.S. business hours. Ideally, applicants should be situated within a U.S. time zone (Eastern, Central, Mountain, or Pacific). You will report directly to our Chief Executive Officer.
