About the Role
As the Sales Director, you will spearhead the growth of Array’s services by establishing partnerships with hospitals, health systems, medical groups, and clinics in your designated territory. Your responsibilities will include developing and nurturing a pipeline of opportunities, qualifying prospects, and successfully converting them into contracts. A deep understanding of the healthcare market, particularly within the behavioral health care continuum, is essential. This pivotal role will position you as an ambassador for Array, engaging in outreach, in-person meetings, and participating in conferences.
Note: This position supports our Southeast region, encompassing Kentucky, Alabama, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. Candidates should reside in one of these states and be willing to travel throughout the region.
What You’ll Do
- Drive sales growth by forging new partnerships with health systems.
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of the addressable market within your territory, including current partners, potential prospects, regulatory frameworks, and professional groups.
- Develop, implement, and maintain a strategic plan for effective territory management.
- Build and sustain a robust opportunity pipeline through direct efforts and collaboration with the marketing team.
- Qualify opportunities based on in-depth knowledge of operational realities and organizational strategies.
- Maintain engagement throughout complex, long-term sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders.
- Set and manage expectations with prospects to facilitate successful implementations.
- Regularly collaborate with Array’s clinical, operational, and technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
