This freelance position is available for candidates located in the Missoula metropolitan area and reports directly to the Sales, Artistry & Education Account Executive, PNW.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Goals:
Exceed sales goals through strategic store visits, events, and relationship building.
Coordinate store visit schedules with management to implement strategies that achieve sales targets and corporate initiatives.
Develop a monthly calendar to align focus stores and sales objectives.
Demonstrate superior selling skills with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
Engage in effective training techniques that consistently yield positive sales results.
Build and maintain strong relationships to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service.
Collaborate with store and brand field leadership to ensure successful new store openings.
Training, Events & Education:
Educate store teams on hero products, enhancing their ability to recommend products and drive retail sales.
Cultivate brand advocates through training on key selling and service behaviors that foster client loyalty.
Monitor and evaluate the sales impact of events.
Innovate strategies to enhance sales and improve retail outcomes.
Train retail associates and freelancers on brand products and the selling skills necessary to meet sales goals.
Calendar Execution:
Implement store visit plans according to the established calendar to maximize engagement and sales opportunities.
