About the Role
We are on the lookout for a passionate Sales Engineer, EMEA to spearhead Socket's expansion across Europe. This hybrid role uniquely merges pre-sales technical expertise with post-sale customer success management. You will be the pivotal connection between potential clients assessing Socket's offerings and our current customers seeking to enhance their utilization, facilitating both successful deal closures and positive long-term customer experiences.
What You’ll Do
Pre-Sales & Demos:
Lead tailored technical discussions and product demonstrations that resonate with prospective clients.
Design and implement proofs of concept (POCs) that empower prospects to thoroughly evaluate Socket.
Address technical objections, troubleshoot challenges, and instill customer confidence.
Articulate Socket's features into tangible business benefits for security and engineering teams.
Post-Sales & Growth:
Take ownership of the success and growth of assigned European enterprise accounts.
Develop and implement success plans that align with customer objectives, including clear KPIs.
Promote feature adoption and identify expansion opportunities within the customer base.
Conduct quarterly business reviews and manage renewal discussions.
Channel customer feedback to product and engineering teams for continuous improvement.
Cross-Functional Partnership:
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to understand customer needs and drive results.
