What’s the role about?
As part of our presales team, you will collaborate extensively with our sales team to conduct discovery calls, perform technical deep dives, deliver product demonstrations, and manage basic proofs of concept (POC) and proofs of value (POV). The core of the sales engineering role is to craft exceptional experiences for our clients.
Are you a tech-savvy individual with a talent for delivering engaging demonstrations? Do you excel in the enterprise software landscape, particularly in contact center or automation technologies? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you!
How will you contribute?
- Support strategic initiatives across the Western region, focusing primarily on Spain, with additional responsibilities in Italy and Portugal.
- Collaborate with the sales team to strategize, prepare, and execute key deals throughout the sales cycle.
- Engage in discovery calls and technical deep dives.
- Craft and deliver impactful presentations and tailored product demonstrations.
- Design and propose solutions tailored to customer requirements, emphasizing the benefits and value proposition of NiCE Cognigy.
- Analyze customer needs, identify pain points, and recommend how NiCE Cognigy can fulfill these requirements.
- Work with stakeholders to relay customer requirements and suggest enhancements.
- Provide technical support to the sales team during the sales process, addressing technical inquiries, showcasing NiCE Cognigy, and offering product insights.
- Remain informed about the competitive landscape and perform technical comparisons between our software and other conversational AI products.
- Conduct internal training sessions for other teams within the organization.
