Are you driven to create significant change? We are looking for a results-focused Sales Executive based in the lively Los Angeles area to enhance Alumil’s commercial presence throughout California. In this position, you will build strong relationships with developers, dealers, fabricators, and glazing contractors, delivering tailored solutions and technical support while promoting Alumil’s exceptional European systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Foster and expand partnerships with window and door dealers, fabricators, architects, and contractors.
- Identify new business prospects and drive sales growth within the assigned territory.
- Advocate for Alumil’s high-performance aluminum systems using a consultative sales approach.
- Provide foundational technical support to partners.
- Represent Alumil USA at industry events, trade shows, and client presentations.
- Work closely with both U.S. and international operations teams to ensure top-notch customer service.
- Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitive insights.
- Maintain accurate and consistent CRM data.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the building materials, fenestration, or window and door industries.
- Outstanding communication and relationship-building skills.
- Previous experience with aluminum window and door systems is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
- Technical aptitude and a desire to learn about Alumil’s product offerings.
- Proficient in CRM software usage.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel frequently within the West Coast region.

- This position is remote but based in the Los Angeles area.
- We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary, medical plan, and annual bonus structure based on gross salary.
