Your Role...
- Drive revenue growth by achieving sales targets across various hotel segments, including rooms, meetings, events, and dining.
- Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to enhance profitability.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales to execute effective sales initiatives.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through in-depth market analysis.
- Represent The Hoxton at industry events and sales trips, organizing client entertainment and familiarization visits.
- Work towards achieving personal revenue goals and key performance objectives in Corporate, Group, and M&E segments.
- Cross-promote The Hoxton and Ennismore properties worldwide to capitalize on revenue opportunities.
