Sales & Market Development
- Drive the growth of aftermarket sales in windshield bonding, sealing, and repair solutions.
- Meet and exceed annual sales goals in terms of volume, value, and product mix as set forth by management.
- Identify and cultivate relationships with new workshops, installers, distributors, and retail partners within the designated territory.
- Implement go-to-market strategies for aftermarket products aligned with Sika Vietnam's business strategy.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Oversee and support aftermarket distributors to ensure competitive pricing, adequate stock levels, and product availability.
- Enhance distributor performance through comprehensive training, joint visits, promotional activities, and sales initiatives.
- Track and manage distributor sales performance, inventory turnover, and credit conditions.
- Ensure adherence to Sika’s brand positioning and channel policies.
Technical Sales & Customer Support
- Offer technical guidance and on-site assistance to auto glass shops and body repair centers.
- Conduct detailed product demonstrations, training sessions, and trial applications.
- Collaborate closely with Technical Service to guarantee proper product application and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in launching new products and promoting recent innovations in the aftermarket sector.
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, pricing strategies, and customer feedback.
- Prepare and submit consistent sales reports, forecasts, and action plans.
- Recommend actionable strategies to enhance market coverage and service levels.
Compliance & Safety
- Adhere to Sika's safety standards, health, safety & environmental regulations, and ethical business practices.
- Maintain the confidentiality of company and customer information.
